Sally Bibb has been dubbed “the Queen of Strengths” because of her pioneering strengths-based talent management work in organisations including in businesses, hospitals, prisons, schools and with people with a range of differences and disabilities.
She is the Founding Director of Engaging Minds, a strengths consultancy that works with organisations in the private and public sectors including the AA, EY, HM Courts and Tribunals Service, the NHS, SABMiller, Saga and Starbucks.
Sally is the author of seven books, the latest two are on the subject of strengths: The Strengths Book: Discover how to be fulfilled in your work and life (published October 2017) and Strengths-based Recruitment and Development: a Practical Guide to Talent Management Strategy for Business Results (2016).
Sally’s background is in organisational development in Europe, Asia and the USA. Before founding Engaging Minds she was a director at The Economist Group, publisher of The Economist magazine.
When she's not working she loves to travel, dance Argentine tango and hang out in good coffee shops.
