Stefanie Reissner is a Senior Lecturer in Management and Organization Studies at Newcastle University, UK. The overarching theme of her research is an interest in how social actors make sense of their experiences in organizations and how they talk about these experiences through language and storytelling. Stefanie's work has focused on processes of sensemaking under conditions of change and the effects on individual and organizational identities. Methodologically, her work has been qualitative and interpretive with a focus on narrative and storytelling.
