Cecile’s background encompasses corporate management, the launch, and operations of two businesses and extensive non-profit experience as both a volunteer and as a results-oriented leader and board member. Her first 15 years of her career was spent building and managing Operations and Administration at Global Strategy Financial Inc. Global Strategy Financial was one of Canada’s larger Mutual Fund companies with over $7 billion of assets under management across 30 Funds. Global Strategy was acquired by AGF Management Ltd. Cecile went on to put her extensive experience as mentor, leader and people management skills, and her love for helping others, into two successful companies, Cosmic Coaching Centre and ProMentoring. Cecile provides services such as leadership coaching and development, career coaching, team building as well as personal development to Managers, Senior Managers, as well as Directors. Her experience includes working with many clients across the United States, Canada, and other countries. She has worked with many different professionals, ranging from corporate to teachers and doctors.
